Refund Policy

Because time is reserved specifically for your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to up to 50% of the service fee.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable once any cleaning session has been used, but unused sessions remain valid for the term of the package (typically 6 months from purchase date).

• If you’re ever unhappy with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to make it right at no extra charge.
